Advance Summit 2025
Join us for the Advance Evangelists Summit that’s happening in Calgary from Tuesday 25 – Thursday 27 February 2025.
It is three days for leaders and evangelists from across Canada to gather and fan the flames of evangelism. If you are an evangelist join us. If you are a leader stirred to do the work of an evangelist, come along. If you want to cultivate a culture of evangelism in your congregation you won’t want the miss the Summit. If you are an everyday Christian who wants to experience fresh fire to show and share the love of Jesus clear your calendar and register for a special time of encouragement and mutual sharpening in evangelism.

Over the three days we’ll be joined by a range of speakers who will share with us in main sessions as well as in seminars.
The Summit will begin with our Pre-Conference where we’ll be joined by Alan Hirsch from REJesus on Tuesday 25 February from 1:30pm – 4:30pm before the main conference starts at 4:30pm on Tuesday 25 February. It’s all happening at Foothills Alliance Church333 Edgepark Boulevard Northwest Calgary, AB T3A 4K4 Canada.

Our Speakers
Bill Hogg
Bill Hogg is Message Canada’s National Director. Bill’s passion is communicating the good news of Jesus, igniting the fires of evangelism, encouraging and equipping God’s people to share the gospel.
Shalia Visser
Shaila is the National Director of Alpha Canada and the Global Senior Vice-President for Alpha International. She has a heart for people coming to know Jesus and is passionate about helping the local church flourish. She is a gifted communicator who is known for her strategic leadership as well as her ability to bring people together.
Alan Hirsch
Alan Hirsch is widely considered to be a global thought-leader on missional movements and leadership. Alan is the author of numerous award winning books including and he has worked with churches and organizations across the world.
Kyle Harnett
Kyle Harnett is the Lead Pastor of Foothills Alliance Church. Kyle has a passion to see everyday Christians empowered by the Spirit of God to share the good news of Jesus Christ, everywhere they go. Kyle started Capstone Church in semi-urban Calgary and also co-founded the Capstone Network of Churches, which has the vision of seeing 100 churches planted across Canada.
Travis Holownia
Travis Holownia is the visionary leader and founder of Resurgence Initiatives, a movement started in 2008 in Canada seeking to reach people, revive churches, and release leaders. His greatest desire is to see this generation experience what it means to live in the power and presence of the Holy Spirit. His speaking and teaching inspires youth, young adults, leaders, pastors, and all ages by calling the Spirit of God to stir and awaken hearts.
Raphael Anzenberger
Raphael Anzenberger is Executive Director of the French-speaking Baptist Union of Canada, the president for imagoDei, an adjunct professor of intercultural studies (CIU, FLTE) and a scholar in residence for the Lausanne Church Planting Issue Group.

Break Out Sessions
